The order implies the acceptance by the customer of the following conditions of sale:

1. DELIVERIES.

Transport costs are borne by the customer for orders of less than €300. Likewise, the merchandise travels at the customer's own risk. The customer must carry out all checks at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 days.

2. RETURNS.

TALEXCO reserves the right to accept or not the returns of merchandise proposed by the customer. Under no circumstances will TALEXCO accept returns of orders (items that do not appear in our price list). Returns, if accepted by TALEXCO, must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Said merchandise must be sent accompanied by a copy of the corresponding invoice or delivery note, as well as a written explanation of the reason for the return, and always with POSTAGE PAID. Once the goods have been received and their return accepted, TALEXCO will issue a credit note that will be deducted from your next purchase. In the event of an erroneous shipment on our part, the customer must return these goods through SEUR with shipping at our expense.

3. REPARATIONS.

It is important to carry out a series of appropriate actions in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.

The transport of contaminated products is not permitted and it is considered the responsibility of the shipper to take appropriate decontamination actions and their corresponding declarations.

Rules to follow in shipments of equipment to be repaired:

*All equipment sent for repair must be accompanied by a note describing the equipment fault.

*The sender will be responsible for the correct state of health of the equipment to be repaired, making sure that it does not present any contamination.

Autoclaves:

*All instruments and materials must be removed from the interior.

*The appliance will be emptied of water and decontaminated before being prepared or packaged for shipment.

*If any instruments, materials, or liquids are found inside the unit when unpacked at our facility, they will be immediately repackaged and returned to the user with a reminder of this policy.

<> * If the equipment is not in hygienic conditions for handling when unpacked, the sender will be notified so that it can be returned with freight due.

In the event of contagion or risk thereof (carriers, technical personnel or third parties) the responsibility will be of the sender of the equipment sent.

4. WARRANTY.

TALEXCO guarantees the articles and products according to the guarantees of our represented companies and our suppliers. In any case, the warranty time will be calculated from the date of departure of the goods from our warehouse. Such warranties will apply as long as the product has been used properly and all instructions on its use and maintenance have been complied with. TALEXCO will not be liable under any circumstances for damages of any nature that may arise from improper use of the product.

5. JURISDICTION.

If necessary for the resolution of any discrepancy, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
